PRIVATE SESSIONS

Personalized movement sessions for mobility, nervous system regulation, and lasting strength.

Each session is personally tailored to your body, daily life, and needs. Together, we work to reduce tension, improve the quality of your movement, and develop a stronger, lighter sense of your body.

The practice combines mindful movement, breath, mobility, regulation, and functional bodywork—in a calm, precise, and sustainable way.

The sessions begin with some time to settle in and a brief conversation, so that the body doesn’t have to “get to work” right away, but can consciously ease into movement.

For individuals or small groups of up to 4 people.

In person in Düsseldorf or online.

Private sessions can be booked daily between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
